Digital Experience Advisor (Female)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers to deliver a premium in-store experience
  • Assist customers in using digital kiosks and mobile app for product discovery and purchases
  • Provide personalized fashion and styling advice across footwear, bags, and accessories
  • Support customers in checking stock availability and placing orders for out-of-stock items
  • Capture customer preferences and feedback in the system for future engagement
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, collections, and promotions
  • Support visual merchandising to align with digital catalog display
  • Coordinate with Store Lead to share customer insights and improve experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable with digital tools (apps, tablets, kiosks)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
