Position Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage walk-in customers to deliver a premium in-store experience
- Assist customers in using digital kiosks and mobile app for product discovery and purchases
- Provide personalized fashion and styling advice across footwear, bags, and accessories
- Support customers in checking stock availability and placing orders for out-of-stock items
- Capture customer preferences and feedback in the system for future engagement
- Stay updated on fashion trends, collections, and promotions
- Support visual merchandising to align with digital catalog display
- Coordinate with Store Lead to share customer insights and improve experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with digital tools (apps, tablets, kiosks)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
