Mrs. Uzma Adil Khan (Chairperson)

Mrs. Uzma Adil Khan is a senior executive with extensive hands-on experience in management, corporate affairs & regulatory affairs, business leadership and working with Regulators such as SECP, Ministries, Banks, Financial Institutions & other Public and Private Sector Enterprises. She has served as Chairperson of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL). She has also served as Deputy Registrar, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Mrs. Uzma Adil Khan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and holding Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature / Psychology. She is also a certified Director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Mr. Arif Saeed (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Arif Saeed graduated from the University of Oxford. He is currently the Chairman of Service Global Footwear Limited and Chief Executive of Service Industries Limited. He also serves as the Chairman of Engineering Development Board (EDB) and Director on the Board of Service Long March Tyres (Private) Limited as well as Servis Foundation. He has been the CEO of Dar Es Salaam Textile Mills Limited. He was the founding Chairman of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Private) Limited, Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited and the National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited which successfully set up four leading power projects in the public sector. Mr. Saeed serves on the governing board of Aitchison College and is currently the President of the Pakistan Rugby Union. He has been Chairman of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) as well as the Lahore Stock Exchange.

Mr. Omar Saeed (Director)

Mr. Omar Saeed graduated with high honors from Brown University and did his Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Long March Tyres (Private) Limited and Servis Foundation. Mr. Omar also serves as a Director on the Boards of Nestle Pakistan Limited, Systems Limited, Service Industries Limited, Service Global Footwear Limited and The Hunar Foundation. Mr. Omar has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Service Industries Limited (SIL) from 2011 to 2018. Under his stewardship, SIL won the highly prestigious Pakistan Stock Exchange Top 25 Companies Award for the years 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Prior to that, Mr. Omar was responsible for building Servis into one of Pakistan’s largest footwear retailer, with 500 stores nationwide. He founded Ovex Technologies (Private) Limited in 2004, which went on to become one of Pakistan’s leading call center companies before the business was sold in 2011.

Mr. Hassan Javed (Director)

Mr. Hassan Javed is a leather technologist from Nene College United Kingdom and Shoe Technologist from ISMS School Czech Republic. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Service Global Footwear Limited. He is also serving as a Director on the Boards of Service Industries Limited, Service Long March Tyres (Private) Limited and Servis Foundation. Mr. Javed has also served Service Industries Limited in various capacities most notably as the Resident Director of Gujrat for more than fifteen years. He served as the Chairman, Board of Directors of Gujranwala Electricity Supply Company. He has also served as the Chairman of Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association.

Mr. Shahid Hussain Jatoi (Director)

Mr. Shahid Hussain Jatoi has obtained his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from University of Karachi. He served the Government of Pakistan for over 35 years in very senior positions in Federal Board of Revenue – Ministry of Finance and Revenue, Ministry of Production, Establishment Division, Overseas Pakistanis Division and Federal Investigation Agency – Ministry of Interior. He is a Director of Service Industries Limited.

He has specialized expertise in Corporate Taxation, Alternative Corporate Tax, International Taxation, Personal Income Taxation, Value Added Taxes and Taxation of Financial Sector. Additionally, due to his good understanding in effective use of Information Technology in Modern Tax and Customs Administrations Fiscal and Tax Law legislation he served as Deputy Commissioner IT.

Mr. Ahsan Bashir (Director)

Mr. Ahsan Bashir is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the Textile Industry. He has a strong educational background, having completed his BBA in Operations Management from Boston University, USA. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hailey College, Lahore, Pakistan and completed his intermediate studies at Aitchison College, Lahore.

Mr. Ahsan Bashir has held various leadership positions throughout his career. He served as Chairman of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association – Punjab Zone and Central. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Suraj Cotton Mills Limited, since 1992. Mr. Ahsan Bashir also served as an Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce and played a pivotal role as the Chairman of the Special Task Force responsible for crafting the Textile Policy.

Currently, he is serving as a Director of Suraj Cotton Mills Limited, Premier Insurance Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Powertec Limited.

Mr. Muhammad Naeem Khan (Director)

Mr. Muhammad Naeem Khan is a well-known experienced professional and has served various renowned companies in Pakistan over the years with distinction and dedication in various important positions which mainly includes, Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of Atlas Investment Bank Limited, Director of Atlas Bank Limited, Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Capital Markets (Private) Limited and Director of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited.

Mr. Muhammad Naeem Khan is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holding Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Statistics. Additionally, Mr. Naeem has also completed Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Presently, Mr. Muhammad Naeem is serving as a Director of Veda Transit Solutions (Private) Limited, Raaziq International (Private) Limited and Atlas Power Limited. He is also a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Adil Matcheswala (Director)

Mr. Adil Matcheswala started his professional career in the financial services industry in 1992 and was the Head of the Equity Sales Division of Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd. He has served on the Board of JS Bank Limited since 2012.

Currently, he is the Chairman of JS Bank Limited and CEO and founding Director of Speed (Private) Limited, a retail and distribution company. Mr. Matcheswala graduated from Brown University with an A.B. in Economics.

Mr. Saif Javed (Director)

Mr. Saif Javed graduated from Suffolk University. He is serving as Head of Safety footwear for Service Global Footwear Limited. He initiated this project, diversifying its product presence in the global market.
