Position Responsibilities:
- Design and develop seasonal women’s apparel collections aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Create technical sketches, CAD artwork, colorways, prints, and pattern details using Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
- Prepare and manage factory-ready tech packs, including BOMs, measurements, grading, and construction details.
- Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments while maintaining design, quality, and cost standards.
- Lead sample reviews, fit sessions, and product approvals to ensure excellence in fit, quality, and execution.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design.
Experience:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Women’s Apparel/Fashion Design.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with strong skills in technical design, tech packs, fabric sourcing, and sample development.
- Strong knowledge of trend forecasting, range development, garment construction, and fashion retail trends; CLO 3D is an advantage.
