Position Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal assortments and manage category mix, SKU architecture, size ratios, and color depth in line with brand strategy and customer demand.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and margin performance to drive category growth and profitability.
- Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and inventory plans to support business decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and markdowns to maximize sales and margins.
- Oversee inventory allocation and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Leverage merchandising tools and analytics to generate insights and support strategic planning.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Apparel Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Category Management, or Buying.
- Strong expertise in apparel merchandising, inventory planning, and retail operations.
- Proficient in data analysis, trend forecasting, and category performance management.
