Job Role:
• Ensure shift-wise lifting and stacking activities are carried out according to the approved layout plan.
• Manage dispatch operations in compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and control.
• Lead and supervise workforce activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company HSE standards.
• Promote a safe working environment through effective people management, training, and compliance monitoring.
Education:
• MBA/BBA Supply Chain
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience.
