Position Responsibilities:
1) Manage operations including stock lifting from packing/production floors.
2) Oversee proper stacking of inventory in designated areas in line with approved warehouse floor plans.
3) Ensure timely dispatches, following FIFO principles.
4) Maintain stock accuracy by regularly reconciling ERP records with physical inventory.
5) Ensure strong coordination with Logistics, PPC, and Sales teams to avoid bottlenecks in dispatch.
6) Support audits, HSE compliance and management reviews through accurate reporting and documentation.
7) Participate in Warehouse 4.0 initiatives, including process improvement, automation, and data-driven reporting.
8) Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Education:
- BSc Supply Chain, Logistics & Related Field
Experience:
- 5-7 Years
