Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, retail-focused).
- Manage brand positioning, identity, messaging, and visual guidelines.
- Lead social media, content, PR, and digital performance marketing activities.
- Build strong relationships with agencies, media partners, production houses & vendors.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research & customer insights analysis.
- Support product launches, events, corporate exhibitions, roadshows & activations.
- Monitor budget, ROI, campaign analytics & performance dashboards.
- Ensure marketing material consistency across dealerships, distributors & retail network.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain & Commercial teams to support growth plans.
- Maintain brand reputation and handle communication crises when needed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing (FMCG, automotive, tyre, manufacturing, retail, or mobility industry preferred).
