Job Role:
- Overall Workshop Management: Supervise daily operations, control workforce and maintenance activities, ensure timely completion of all jobs.
- Staff Supervision: Manage operators & technicians, assign duties according to skill level, monitor attendance and discipline.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee repair and maintenance work, ensure machines and equipment are working properly.
- Inventory & Spare Parts Control: Maintain stock of tools, spare parts, consumables, prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, ensure vehicle history and maintenance logs.
Education:
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
