Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs

Job Responsibilities: 

1. SECP Regulatory Compliance

  • Support compliance with the Companies Act, 2017 and applicable SECP regulations.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with SECP within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor regulatory updates issued by SECP and assess compliance impact.

2. PSX Listing Regulations Compliance

  • Support compliance with PSX Listing Regulations
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of periodic financial statements and corporate disclosures.

3. Board, Committee & Shareholder Meetings

  • Assist in organizing Board of Directors, Board Committees, and General Meetings.
  • Prepare meeting notices, agendas, board packs, and supporting documentation.
  • Draft minutes and ensure proper maintenance of governance records.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Professional qualification such ICSP, ACCA or ACMA finalist.

Experience:   

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience.
