We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, quality standards, workforce management, and continuous improvement in the Production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
- Monitor line efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team.
- Train and develop supervisors and operators.
- Resolve production issues and bottlenecks promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
