Position: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales, order, and delivery performance reports.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for seasonal merchandise planning, product development, and range finalization.
- Monitor customer orders from confirmation through delivery, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with buyers and internal departments regarding sampling, costing, production planning, shipments, and after-sales support to strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales coordination, merchandising, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
