Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and workforce hiring needs.
  • Execute recruitment activities to meet plant staffing requirements in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for operational and technical roles.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workforce motivation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new plant employees.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract skilled talent for plant operations.
