Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, final settlement, employee records, attendance, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments and retail shops on manpower needs and employee-related matters.
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and administrative processes.
Education: BBA / Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
Experience: Fresh–1 years of experience in HR Operations retail
Skills Required: Knowledge of HRIS, Analytical Skills
