We are seeking a motivated and competent professional for the position of HSE & Compliance Executive, responsible for supporting the implementation, documentation, and compliance of ISO-based management systems, with a focus on environmental and chemical safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems in line with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
- Prepare, update, and control HSE documentation, including SOPs, procedures, risk assessments, and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support preparation and readiness for customer/third-party audits (e.g., social compliance, environmental, and safety audits).
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings, observations, and non-conformities raised during customer audits.
- Assist in maintaining records related to waste management, chemical handling, emissions, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous compliance with customer codes of conduct and international standards.
Education & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably with exposure to ISO management systems documentation and implementation.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
- Familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
