Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales operations processes, SOPs, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor daily, weekly & monthly sales performance and prepare dashboards, presentations, and insights.
- Lead demand forecasting, market trend analysis, and territory/segment planning.
- Conduct data mining, data research, customer segmentation & competitor analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain structured reporting formats, trackers, and analysis templates.
- Coordinate and communicate directives from GM Sales to regional sales teams, including follow-ups, task assignment & completion tracking.
- Manage office operations related to the Sales Department (documentation, filing, meeting coordination, internal communication, scheduling).
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with the Marketing team for campaigns, activations, trade promotions & sales enablement material.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain & Production teams for inventory planning, order processing & dispatch planning.
- Track pricing, discounts, credit policies, receivables, dealer onboarding & contractual compliance.
- Ensure CRM/ERP accuracy, database hygiene, and pipeline reporting.
- Support development and administration of sales targets, incentives, and payout reconciliations.
- Identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and drive process automation & efficiency initiatives.
- Train and assist sales staff on reporting tools, systems usage, and policy compliance.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations (preferably automotive, tyres, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, distribution).
