We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – PU Production to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring production machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
- Prepare production reports and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in PU Direct Injection / Direct Pouring processes.
