JDs:
- Lead development of new tire products (AG/TBB/LT/ULT/MC Specialty) from concept to commercial release, ensuring development timelines are met.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and validate tire performance through lab and road testing.
- Approve cured tire layout (technical and branding markings), mold trials, and initial production samples.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy between green and cured tires during sampling and development.
- Finalize and approve product technical specifications and Bill of Material (BOM), ensuring compliance with international standards (DOT, ECE, ISO, BIS, etc.).
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and decision-making during trials and initial production under production pressure.
- Supervise and guide Tire Engineers and junior staff, and provide training on tread design, calculations, and construction principles.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance, Planning, Costing, and Sales & Marketing for coordination and technical support, applying strong technical leadership, advanced analytical ability, excellent communication, and project management capability.
Education:
- BSc /BE Chemical, Mechanical, certification in Tyre Technology , Auto Cad
Experience:
